1. Booking & Order Placement

All event decor bookings must be placed via WhatsApp. To ensure timely preparation and setup, a minimum notice period of 3–5 days before the event is required. Urgent requests may be accommodated subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

75% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 25% is payable on the day of the event or upon completion of the setup. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Services will not proceed until the advance payment is confirmed.

3. Pricing

Pricing depends on event decor type, scale and theme. Each booking is evaluated individually. Additional decorations, special themes, or last-minute changes may incur extra charges. Clients will be informed of the final price before confirmation.

4. Theme & Design Variations

The final decor setup may differ slightly from the images selected due to variations in materials, colors, or specific decor items. SweetBloomEvents ensures the best possible arrangement, providing similar and high-quality decorations, though minor differences in theme or colors may occur. Our goal is to deliver a premium and visually appealing setup for your event.

5. Booking Cancellation & Refunds

Once a booking is confirmed and advance payment is made, it cannot be canceled. If the setup has not yet started, clients may reschedule the date, but refunds are not available. Fully customized decor bookings are non-refundable once preparation has begun. Any disputes will be handled case by case.

6. Setup Errors

In the unlikely event that setup does not match agreed specifications, SweetBloomEvents will provide corrections or adjustments where feasible. Clients must notify the team immediately for resolution. Minor variations due to materials or space constraints are considered normal.

7. Photography & Marketing

SweetBloomEvents may use setup photos for marketing, social media, and website purposes. Client identities remain confidential unless explicit permission is provided. Reviews may include first names or initials only with consent.

8. Complaints & Feedback

Clients must report any issues within 6–12 hours after setup via email: info.sweetbloomevents@gmail.com. Feedback helps improve our service, and client cooperation is appreciated.
